- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Pharmacy or Biological Sciences (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields)
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of field work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Preferably 1 year as a Training Manager (field or corporate).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop scientific content for training, including slide decks and training manuals focused on cardiology and diabetology products.
- Design and deliver domain-specific skill development programs to enhance the scientific knowledge, selling skills, and performance orientation of a large field force.
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for sales and marketing teams.
- Provide field coaching to client-facing colleagues, requiring travel across regions to support on-site training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with product management and medical teams to align training content with market needs.
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in adult teaching and instructional design for pharmaceutical training.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for delivering engaging training sessions.
- Robust organizational skills to manage training schedules and content development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coach and motivate field teams effectively.
- Proficiency in computer tools (e.g., MS Office, e-learning platforms) for content creation and delivery.
- Creativity and innovation in designing impactful training programs.
- Preferably 1 year of experience as a Training Manager in the pharma industry, with exposure to cardiology and diabetology products.
