Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Pharma Specialties business, which includes a range of novel products in Gastro/Hepatology and Critical Care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
Qualifications
- Any Degree (MBA preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 10 years in a similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue goals with consistent business growth, stable team management, and sustainable profits over the last decade.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Ability to create and expand business opportunities with a futuristic and resilient growth model.
- Strong leadership vision to drive the Pharma Specialties business, focusing on Gastro/Hepatology and Critical Care product ranges.
- Expertise in developing strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining team stability and profitability.
- Capability to innovate and align business strategies with Natco’s vision for personalized medicine.
