Job Description

NATCO Pharma is hiring experienced professionals for its OSD Production & Packing and Quality departments at the Kothur Formulation Division. These roles focus on manufacturing, quality control, and microbiology functions in a regulated environment.

Candidates with relevant formulation experience and regulatory exposure are preferred. Male candidates are preferred for production areas due to shift requirements.

Operators & Supervisors – OSD Production & Packing

  • Department: Production
  • Experience: 4–8 years
  • Education/Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy

Analysts – Quality Control

  • Department: Quality Control (QC)
  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Education/Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc

Analysts – Microbiology

  • Department: Microbiology
  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Education/Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)

Skills/Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and analytical instruments
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and GDP requirements
  • Regulatory exposure in formulations (preferred)
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Good documentation and investigation skills (change controls, incidents, CAPA)

Key Responsibilities

Operators & Supervisors – OSD Production & Packing

  • Operate equipment in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling
  • Handle Spray Dryer, Blister Packing, Bottle Packing, and Dry Powder Filling
  • Manage Track & Trace, Labelling, HARA Printing, and OMS systems
  • Prepare change controls, investigations, incidents, and CAPA documents

Analysts – Quality Control

  • Perform analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, and stability samples
  • Operate HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, IR Spectrophotometer, UV Spectrophotometer, and Karl Fischer Apparatus
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to testing protocols

Analysts – Microbiology

  • Conduct environmental monitoring and water testing
  • Perform MLT, Growth Promotion Testing, and Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET)
  • Maintain GLP and GDP compliance in all microbiology activities
