Job Description
NATCO Pharma is hiring experienced professionals for its OSD Production & Packing and Quality departments at the Kothur Formulation Division. These roles focus on manufacturing, quality control, and microbiology functions in a regulated environment.

Operators & Supervisors – OSD Production & Packing

Analysts – Quality Control

- Education/Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and analytical instruments
- Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and GDP requirements
- Regulatory exposure in formulations (preferred)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities
Operators & Supervisors – OSD Production & Packing
- Operate equipment in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling
- Handle Spray Dryer, Blister Packing, Bottle Packing, and Dry Powder Filling
- Manage Track & Trace, Labelling, HARA Printing, and OMS systems
- Prepare change controls, investigations, incidents, and CAPA documents
Analysts – Quality Control
- Perform analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, and stability samples
- Operate HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, IR Spectrophotometer, UV Spectrophotometer, and Karl Fischer Apparatus
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to testing protocols
Analysts – Microbiology
- Conduct environmental monitoring and water testing
- Perform MLT, Growth Promotion Testing, and Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET)
- Maintain GLP and GDP compliance in all microbiology activities
