Key Responsibilities
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from clinical trials, spontaneous reports, and literature.
- Perform data entry, coding (MedDRA, WHO-Drug), and narrative writing for adverse events (AEs).
- Ensure compliance with global PV regulations (USFDA, EMA, ICH) and SOPs.
- Conduct initial triage and duplicate checks for ICSRs.
- Support safety database maintenance and quality control.
- Collaborate with senior associates for case processing and regulatory submissions.
