Key Responsibilities
- Materials Verification:
- Verify documents for receipts of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and General Materials.
- Update records online for Raw Materials and Packing Materials.
- Maintain in-house batch numbers and Inward Register entries.
- Print and reconcile Quarantine labels for received materials.
- Paste Quarantine labels batch-wise.
- Coordination:
- Submit analytical requisitions to QC for received Raw and Packing Materials.
- Post receipt and issue of materials in Bin cards.
- Verify registers for received materials.
- Record Maintenance:
- Update daily and monthly records online in the warehouse.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and update related registers.
- Take daily temperature printouts and prepare yearly Temperature Trend Analysis data in the warehouse.
- Communication & Safety:
- Coordinate with SCM & QA for issues related to received materials and documents.
- Raise purchase requisitions for general material requirements.
- Ensure safety and provide instructions to shop floor employees.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle any other activities assigned by the HOD.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in a Warehouse (Stores) role, preferably in the API industry.
- Preferred Candidates: Male candidates with an immediate joining availability.
