Job Details
Position: International Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, India
Type: Full-time
Vacancies: 2–4 positions
Work Markets: US, EU, Middle East (GCC, including Montaji UAE, SFDA Saudi Arabia)
Responsibilities
- Conduct cosmetics regulatory research and compliance mapping
- Perform label reviews, ingredient checks, and product safety assessments
- Prepare regulatory documentation for FDA (MoCRA), EU 1223/2009, Montaji, and SFDA
- Develop strategies for international cosmetics market entry
- Provide regulatory intelligence and collaborate with global clients
- Ensure compliance with INCI labeling and global regulatory standards
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in cosmetic regulatory affairs
- Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Technology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences
- Skills:
- Expertise in regulatory documentation and INCI compliance
- Knowledge of FDA MoCRA, EU 1223/2009, Montaji, and SFDA regulations
- Proficiency in label compliance and product safety assessments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferred: Experience with GMP, Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP), and adverse event reporting
