Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Method Development:
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for tablets, capsules, and oral solutions
- Perform dissolution testing, assay, and related substances analysis
- Instrument Operation:
- Operate Waters HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and KF Auto Titrator
- Use chromatographic software like Empower for data analysis
- Method Validation and Transfer:
- Conduct method validations, verifications, and transfers per ICH Q2(R1) and USP/BP guidelines
- Ensure compliance with 21CFR Part 11 for electronic records
- Stability Testing:
- Analyze in-process, stability, and protocol-driven samples per ICH Q1A
- Support stability studies for regulatory submissions
- Documentation:
- Prepare reports, protocols, STPs, and SOPs
- Maintain GLP and GDP for audit readiness
- Sample Analysis:
- Test in-process and stability samples for formulation development
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and ensure data integrity
Key Skills
- Proficiency in dissolution testing and analytical method development
- Hands-on experience with Waters HPLC, UV-Visible, and KF Auto Titrator
- Expertise in ICH Q2(R1), USP/BP guidelines, and stability testing
