FR&D (Formulation R&D) Department

1. Position: FRD Scientist

• Qualification: M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceuticals)
• Experience: 8-9 years in oral solid dosages (OSD), solutions, and ointments
• Skills Required:
  • Coordination with analytical teams and project-based sample submission planning
  • Experience with end-to-end product development of OSD, solutions, and ointments
  • Strong project management and experimental design skills
  • Knowledge of process optimization and QbD concepts
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration

1. Position: FRD Operator

• Qualification: ITI (Fitter), Fresher
• Skills Required:
  • Machine operation knowledge
  • Adherence to Safety and GMP guidelines

CR&D (Chemical R&D) Department

Position: CRD Research Associate

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
• Experience: 4-5 years

Skills Required:

• Experience with organic synthesis and multi-step synthesis
• Proficiency in isolation, separation, and purification techniques
• Knowledge of spectroscopy methods (NMR, IR, LCMS, HPLC) for molecule identification
• Strong work ethic and confidence

Position: CRD Scientist

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
• Experience: 8-10 years

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in multi-step organic synthesis
• Design and selection of synthetic routes for scalable, eco-friendly processes
• Contract Research & Custom Synthesis experience
• High-pressure reactor operation experience
• Project leadership skills with timely completion capabilities
