About the Inhouse Clinical Research Associate Role
As an IHCRA, you’ll support clinical trial operations by managing essential documentation, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP guidelines, and collaborating with clinical teams. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Trial Master Files (TMF) and conduct quality control reviews.
- Support document development, collection, and translation per ICH GCP standards.
- Manage Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for site compliance and data accuracy.
- Coordinate Investigator Site Files and trial material logistics (e.g., patient diaries, lab supplies).
- Assist CRAs with monitoring visit preparations and follow-up actions.
- Support IRB submissions, including safety reporting and tracker management.
