Job Responsibilities
As part of our Operations & Project Management team, you’ll play a critical role in driving projects to success. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing operational workflows in genomics and biotech projects.
- Ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and meeting deadlines.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Leveraging your understanding of genomics and NGS to support project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who bring both technical knowledge and strong soft skills to the table. Below are the requirements for both positions:

| Educational Background | Bachelor’s degree in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management is a plus (Science background preferred). |
| Experience | 1-2 years in an operations department, ideally in a biotech or genomics setting. |
| Technical Skills | Basic understanding of genomics/biotech, including Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). |
| Soft Skills | – Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.<br>- Ability to thrive under pressure.<br>- Excellent time management and deadline adherence.<br>- Fast learner with adaptability to dynamic environments. |
