We are hiring for the following roles in our Microbiology Lab:

Job Responsibilities
Assistant Manager
- Oversee overall lab operations and ensure effective communication
- Review data and ensure regulatory compliance
- Enforce Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and train team members
- Validate microbiological test methods
- Monitor environmental and water data trends
Executive
- Perform microbial limit testing (TAMC/TYMC)
- Conduct pathogen testing as per USP/EP/IP standards
- Maintain equipment calibration logs and perform basic troubleshooting
- Execute routine environmental monitoring, water testing, and microbial limit testing
- Conduct Growth Promotion Tests (GPT)
Officer
- Prepare, store, and manage microbiology media inventory
- Operate and maintain lab instruments (Autoclaves, Laminar Air Flow, Air Samplers, etc.)
- Ensure lab and glassware cleanliness
- Perform autoclave operations
Lab Assistant
- Support lab hygiene and maintenance activities
- Assist in routine lab tasks under supervision
