Position Details:
- Designation: Division Head (Enteral Nutrition – F&D)
- Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Technology, or a comparable education with sufficient professional experience
- Experience: 10 to 15 years
- Location: Ahmedabad (Manufacturing Facility)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Possess expertise in Research and Development as well as Product Development within the realm of clinical Enteral Nutrition products.
- Oversee processes from the initial product concept to the commercialized product, ensuring compliance with international food legislation and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for product and process enhancement and devise new technological solutions.
- Create and manage product specifications, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Plan and coordinate the development process from the laboratory to production scale.
- Serve as the formulation authority responsible for the creation, testing, management, and approval of products.
- Organize interdepartmental coordination and carry out trials from the laboratory and pilot plant phase through to production scale.
- Knowledge of liquid dairy, enteral, oral sip feed products, and powdered products as per FSSAI regulations will be an added advantage.
