Job Details

  • Position: Key Account Manager (Medical Representative)
  • Therapy: Intravenous (IV) Nutrition
  • Locations (HQ): Ludhiana, Ghaziabad, Nellore, Jaipur, Chennai, Bangalore, Indore, Mysore, Bhubaneshwar, Pondicherry, Salem

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:
    • Any Non-Science Graduate (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BA) with minimum 2 years of experience in pharma sales.
    • Any Science Graduate (e.g., BSc, B.Pharm) as a fresher.
  • Age: Up to 31 years.

Experience:

  • Non-Science Graduates: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales (IV therapy experience preferred).
  • Science Graduates: Freshers welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Otsuka’s IV nutrition products to healthcare professionals (doctors, hospitals, clinics).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Organize medical camps, CMEs, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Submit timely sales reports and maintain accurate customer data.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
