About Our Pathology Department
Led by Dr. V. Sthevaan, our GLP-certified Pathology department plays a vital role in determining the effects of pharmaceutical compounds, agrochemicals, and medical devices, including implants, stents, heart valves, pacemakers, and more. Pathologists assess safety, identify risks, and contribute to drug discovery, ensuring high-quality research and data integrity.
Job Purpose
🔬 Provide pathology support for toxicology and medical device studies
👥 Manage histotechnicians and necropsy teams
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise necropsies
✅ Perform microscopic evaluations and correlate findings from histopathology, necropsy, organ weight, and clinical pathology
✅ Generate comprehensive Pathology Reports
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Pathology
🧪 Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years as a Toxicologic Pathologist in preclinical CROs or pharmaceutical companies
