Open Position: Clinical Operations Assistant (Job ID: R0000034693)
- Location: Bengaluru, India
- Experience: Site management or equivalent clinical research experience
- Qualification: Degree in biological science, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent
Skills:
- Understanding of clinical trial methodology and terminology.
- Proficiency in document management (tracking, scanning, filing, naming conventions).
- Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), EDC user management, and Impact Harmony.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (English and Japanese preferred for liaison with Japan teams).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make autonomous decisions, and maintain quality/compliance.
Job Profile:
- Maintain paper and electronic Central Files per the Central File Maintenance Plan (CFMP).
- Track, scan, code, and file documents in PMED’s WIP and CF areas; archive wet-ink documents.
- Support document collection, customization, and review for Japan-based clinical trials.
- Liaise with sites, investigators, and project teams to ensure trial delivery.
- Perform quality checks, manage translations, process payments/invoices, and arrange courier shipments.
- Collect internal signatures for site documents (e.g., confidentiality agreements, clinical site agreements).
- Monitor system compliance (e.g., annual reporting, Site Compliance for Safety Information System).
- Assist site management teams with billable administrative tasks and QC of Central Files.

Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in biological science, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in CROs or life sciences industry preferred; site management experience a plus.

- Fluency in English; Japanese proficiency advantageous for Japan-related tasks.
