Junior/Assistant Associate – Manufacturing (Injectables)
- Qualification: Any Diploma / B.Sc. (Full-time)
- Experience: 1–6 years in an injectable manufacturing plant

Job Description:
- Operate production equipment for injectable, sterile, and parenteral manufacturing, including vial/ampoule filling, capping, compounding, washing, sealing, terminal sterilization, stopper processing, and visual inspection.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality within specified parameters.
- Maintain accurate production data records and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and data integrity guidelines.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Experience in a USFDA regulatory environment and injectable manufacturing processes.
Preferences:
- Hands-on experience with aseptic processes, lyophilization, or PFS (pre-filled syringes).
- Familiarity with QMS documentation (BMR, BPR, SOPs) and ICH Q7.
- Knowledge of terminal sterilization and visual inspection processes.
