The Role: Research Scientist in Intellectual Property Management

As a Research Scientist or Senior Research Scientist in our IPM team, you will play a critical role in managing the intellectual property assets that underpin PI Industries’ innovative products and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct literature and patent searches, ensuring that our cutting-edge solutions are protected and legally sound. Additionally, you will be tasked with Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis, a vital process that ensures PI Industries is free to use its innovations without infringing on third-party rights.

You’ll also handle knowledge management services, where you’ll be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and disseminating important information to relevant stakeholders. Your work will ensure that our teams have access to the best possible data for decision-making and strategic planning.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking candidates who have a strong background in chemistry, organic chemistry, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical chemistry. If you hold a PhD, we welcome candidates with 0-5 years of experience. For those with an M.Sc. or M.Pharma degree, we seek individuals with 2-10 years of industry experience.
