Production Supervisor – Kilo Lab / Pilot Plant
- Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience:
- B.Sc. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- M.Sc. in Chemistry with 2+ years of experience
- Preferred Industries: Agrochemicals, Fine Chemicals, Pharma-API, Specialty Chemicals
Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations in the Kilo Lab and Pilot Plant for chemical synthesis and process development
- Ensure safe and efficient handling of unit operations and processes
- Monitor and maintain compliance with cGMP and safety standards
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, and QC teams for smooth production workflows
- Document processes, report deviations, and support scale-up activities
- Manage equipment such as reactors, filters, and dryers in a pilot plant setting
