We are looking for Research Scientists with a solid foundation in Organic Chemistry or Chemistry, backed by a MS/M.Sc. degree. The position is open to those with 2 to 7 years of experience for a Supervisor role, and 4 to 8 years of experience for an Executive role. If you’ve been involved in synthetic chemistry and process research, and have a knack for innovative thinking, this might be the ideal position for you!

Your Role in Product Innovation
As a Research Scientist, you’ll play a crucial role in the Process Innovation team. Your mission? To contribute to the success of product innovation and collaborate with the team to achieve the objectives set by the Head of Process Research (HoF). You’ll be at the forefront of designing and refining innovative chemical processes that drive our agri-chemical solutions forward.
This isn’t just about carrying out experiments—it’s about ensuring the security of intellectual property, contributing to patent applications, and staying updated on the latest breakthroughs in synthetic chemistry.
Operational Excellence in Research
Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on hands-on experimentation and cutting-edge research. You’ll be responsible for documenting and reporting all research findings meticulously, ensuring you follow the SOPs and guidelines. Part of your role will be to stay current on new techniques and developments in synthetic chemistry, allowing you to keep your work innovative and impactful.
Additionally, you’ll work with the latest tools such as Reaxys, SciFinder, and patent databases, carrying out extensive literature searches to support your experiments.
Don’t worry—support is always available from senior team members like Senior Research Scientists and Team Leaders, ensuring you can navigate complex challenges.
Safety and Housekeeping – Key Priorities!
Your safety and that of your team are paramount. You’ll follow best practices for lab safety and maintain impeccable lab housekeeping. This role requires you to be well-versed in SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and follow safety protocols rigorously while working with materials and reagents.
