Experience:
For Deputy Manager – CSV IT:
- 3-5 years of experience in the pharma/life science domain (e.g., QC, QA, IT, CSV, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in authoring CSV deliverables:
- URS, FRS, CS, IQ, OQ, PQ, RTM, VSR, Risk Assessment (as per the “V” Model for IT projects)
- Validation experience in enterprise-level applications like:
- Trackwise, Ensur/Documentum, LIMS, LMS, SAP/HANA, etc.
For Deputy Chief Manager – Direct Tax:
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate Tax within consultancy and corporate sectors, preferably in Pharma/FMCG/manufacturing
- Internship in a reputed CA firm or Big 4
Skills Required:
CSV IT Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of:
- 21 CFR Part 11 / Annexure 11
- CSV, GAMP 5, Data Integrity requirements for Pharma
- Computer Software Assurance, IT systems, ITIL processes (e.g., backup/restoration, infrastructure qualification, user access management)
- Pharma 4.0
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
Direct Tax Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of:
- Tax compliance, litigation, and advisory in corporate and international tax
- Managing cross-border transactions and understanding regulatory frameworks
- Tax planning for MNCs and tax audits
Key Responsibilities:
CSV IT Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of CSV documentation during the software lifecycle phases.
- Create infrastructure qualification documentation (network, servers, cloud, database).
- Draft QMS documents:
- Change control, deviation, incidents, discrepancy, user access forms.
- Perform:
- Root cause analysis and CAPA based on QMS document review.
- Audit trail review of computerized systems.
- Support Quality eCompliance and CSV initiatives across corporate/PEL sites.
- Conduct IT supplier assessments and ensure compliance with audit observations.
- Liaise with site ITC SPOCs for CSV activities and IT compliance initiatives.
- Guide and train IT & CSV teams on CSV, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Represent during regulatory audits and perform corporate & DI audits of sites.
- Coordinate with CSV & Project Managers to meet project timelines.
Direct Tax Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax compliance (advance tax, returns, audits, filings).
- Manage tax assessments and minimize risks.
- Handle interactions with tax authorities.
- Provide tax advisory for business developments and restructuring.
- Align with stakeholders to identify tax optimization opportunities.
- Address tax implications for cross-border employees.
- Optimize withholding taxes and develop contingency plans for regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead tax-related projects and SAP implementation.
- Enhance compliance processes and systems.
- Drive digitization for improved efficiency.
