Qualifications
- Education:
- Graduate (BCA, B.Tech., B.E., B.Sc. Computers)
- Postgraduate (preferred)
- MCSE Certified
- Certifications:
- SAP ECC & S/4 Hana (SD/LE/TM) preferred
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in pharma, realty, or financial institutions.
- At least 3-4 years of end-to-end SAP SD implementation experience.
- Experience in export documentation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD, LE, transportation, warehouse management, and project systems modules.
- Working experience in SAP ECC & SAP S4/HANA.
- Experience with credit management, consignment sales, pricing procedure, third-party sales, STO process, GST/TCS roll-out, and inter-company sales.
- Cross-functional knowledge with FI, MM, PP, PS, WM modules.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and change management processes.
Skills Required
- Ability to coordinate with multiple business stakeholders and functional teams (IT).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide SAP support and enhancements.
- Offer technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures to meet user requirements.
- Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; create system specifications to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate end-user training, documentation, and train end users as needed.
- Manage project timelines, coordination, organizing, planning, scheduling, communication, documentation, and monitoring business practices and processes.
