Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking highly skilled and independent professionals with a passion for ADME research. Below are the qualifications and expertise we’re looking for:
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- M.Sc. (Biotechnology, Biochemistry)
- M.Pharm (Pharmacology, Biochemistry)
- Experience:
- 1-5 years in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry
- Proficiency in in-vitro ADME assays and drug transporter sciences
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-vitro assays, including plasma protein binding, drug metabolism, and transporter studies
- Perform CYP studies (induction, inhibition, phenotyping, enzyme kinetics, metabolite profiling, TDI) with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Execute drug transporter substrate/inhibitor studies using recombinant cell lines or hepatocytes
- Leverage hands-on expertise in cell culture and permeability studies (Caco-2, MDCK, LLC-PK1, MDR1)
- Manage multiple research projects independently and efficiently
- Drive innovation in ADME technologies to support meaningful R&D investigations
- Demonstrate Piramal Success Factors, such as humility, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence
- Apply knowledge of PROTAC and ADC chemistry assays to enhance research outcomes
