Key Responsibilities
- Handle analytical instruments like HPLC, LCMS, GC, Prep HPLC, SFC, Prep SFC, KF, NMR, and SOR along with associated software
- Method development for RM, intermediate, and final product using HPLC/GC
- Provide in-process analysis support using HPLC/GC
- Calibrate HPLC and GC instruments
- Prepare SOP and GDL as per requirement
- Document and prepare reports
- Troubleshoot analytical instruments (HPLC, GC)
- Troubleshoot analytical data for purity confirmation
- Perform isolation and purification of products using Prep HPLC for known and unknown impurities
