Job Description for Technical Staff (Warehouse) Role
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related sciences from a recognized university.
- Strong academic record (preferably 60%+ or equivalent CGPA).
- Freshers from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches are eligible.

Experience
- No prior experience required (freshers only).
- Exposure to basic laboratory or inventory management practices through internships or academic projects is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) is desirable but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word) for data entry and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotational shifts.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi for team coordination.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in material handling, including receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG) in the warehouse.
- Support inventory management using barcode systems and SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) for traceability and accuracy.
- Perform documentation of warehouse transactions, ensuring compliance with GMP and GWP standards.
- Conduct visual inspections of materials to ensure quality and report discrepancies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, trolleys) under supervision, following safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, adhering to temperature-controlled storage protocols for sensitive compounds.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to support dispensing, stock verification, and dispatch activities.
- Participate in training programs to learn regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
