We are seeking talented individuals for the role of Research Scientist – R&D (PhD/Post Doc) at our Ahmedabad facility.
Research Scientist – R&D (PhD/Post Doc)
- Qualification: PhD / Post Doc in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
- Experience: 0-1 Year
- Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities focused on API process development and optimization.
- Design and execute experiments to develop synthetic routes for pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs.
- Perform analytical testing and characterization using techniques such as HPLC, NMR, and GC.
- Document experimental results and prepare detailed reports adhering to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines in all R&D activities.
Skill Set:
- Strong knowledge of organic/medicinal chemistry and synthetic methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and process development.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
