We are hiring for the following roles in our CRO – R&D (Medchem) department at Ahmedabad, Gujarat:
1. Senior Research Associate – CRO – R&D
- Qualification:
- M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry)
- Experience: 2–8 years in CRO industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine synthetic organic chemistry techniques (reactions, recrystallization, chromatography)
- Execute experiments for drug discovery and development
- Document results and maintain compliance with safety and cGMP standards
- Support analytical method development and data interpretation

2. Research Scientist – CRO – R&D
- Qualification:
- Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry / Natural Product Synthesis)
- Fresh Ph.D. or Post-Doctoral candidates are eligible
- Experience: 0–8 years in CRO industry (freshers with Ph.D. welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute complex synthetic organic chemistry experiments
- Lead research projects in medicinal chemistry and API development
- Analyze data using advanced tools and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process optimization

Required Skills
- Proficiency in synthetic organic chemistry techniques (reactions, recrystallization, chromatography)
- Familiarity with CRO industry workflows and medicinal chemistry
- Strong understanding of cGMP, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, NMR, LC-MS) is a plus
