Role: PV Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute tasks related to Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) management under supervision
- Support project teams with timely and compliant processing of ICSRs from multiple sources
- Perform follow-ups on ICSRs, monitor Serious Adverse Event (SAE) and SUSAR management including unblinding and clinical trial reconciliation
- Handle product quality complaints and interact with Quality Assurance and Medical Information teams
- Manage database outputs and prepare monthly reports for clients
- Contribute towards meeting company goals and providing excellent client service
Qualifications and Skills
- Interest in pursuing a career in pharmacovigilance
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office and good IT literacy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute actively to patient safety
