Essential Functions
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Case Processing:
- Process adverse event cases (clinical trial/post-marketed) daily, including MedDRA coding, seriousness, and expectedness assessments.
- Create and review case narratives with precision.
- Perform follow-up activities to gather additional case information.
- Client & Regulatory Support:
- Provide client notifications for case management as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global safety regulations for medicines.
- Quality & Training:
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Support the development and delivery of training materials.
- Highlight discrepancies or concerns to senior team members.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support team goals.
Your Profile
We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
- Preferred: Advanced degree (e.g., RN, RPh, PharmD) or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in pharmacovigilance or a similar field.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent organizational skills.
