We are recruiting for the following roles in our Research & Development (R&D) team. Each position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge bioprocess technologies.
Upstream Processing (USP) – Fermentation Roles
USP – Fermentation R&D / Research Associate (RA) / Senior Research Associate (Sr. RA)
Experience Level: 3-5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc or M.Tech in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop fermentation processes for yeast and bacterial expression systems.
- Troubleshoot fermentation challenges and implement process intensification strategies.
- Innovate and apply novel bioprocess techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Scale up fermentation processes from shake flasks to bioreactors, ensuring consistency and reproducibility.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in microbial fermentation and bioprocess optimization.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on process scalability.
- Hands-on experience with bioreactors and fermentation troubleshooting.
Downstream Processing (DSP) – Purification Roles
DSP – Purification R&D / Research Associate (RA) / Senior Research Associate (Sr. RA)
Experience Level: 3-5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc or M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize purification strategies for biomolecules such as proteins, enzymes, and metabolites.
- Execute techniques like filtration, centrifugation, precipitation, denaturation/refolding, and ultrafiltration for efficient recovery.
- Enhance downstream processing workflows to improve yield, purity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure purification methods are scalable for pilot and production-scale applications.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in biomolecule purification and downstream process development.
- Strong understanding of scalability and process optimization.
- Experience with analytical tools for assessing purity and yield.
