Assistants – Solvent Recovery System
- Department: Solvent Recovery System (API Division)
- Location: Qule Pharma Private Limited, API Division, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 1–3 years in solvent recovery systems or related API manufacturing processes
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in operating solvent recovery units, distillation columns, or related equipment
- Knowledge of solvent handling, purification, and recycling processes in API production
- Familiarity with cGMP standards and safety protocols in chemical plants
- Basic understanding of process monitoring and documentation
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor solvent recovery systems, including distillation and purification units
- Ensure efficient recovery and recycling of solvents per SOPs and cGMP guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of recovery equipment
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters and material usage
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
