Job Requirements
- Mandatory Experience: 2–5 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, handling maintenance and utilities.
Technical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of engineering maintenance, including HVAC, water systems, compressors, and pharma-specific equipment.
- Proficiency in routine maintenance, breakdown handling, and preventive maintenance plans (PMP).
- Familiarity with equipment logbooks, calibration records, and maintenance SOPs.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP documentation and engineering compliance standards.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on pharmaceutical equipment, including reactors, HVAC systems, water purification systems, and compressors.
- Handle equipment breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime and compliance with production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records in equipment logbooks, calibration logs, and maintenance SOPs per WHO-GMP standards.
- Support engineering compliance during regulatory audits (e.g., WHO-GMP, ISO).
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
