Position Details
- Role: Senior Officer (HR)
- Experience: 5-6 years
- Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Objectives of the Role
- Collaborate closely with HR Managers to understand and address hiring needs across various company verticals and roles.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle as a talent acquisition specialist and HR recruiter.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, leveraging a robust database to fill existing roles efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement job descriptions under the guidance of HR Managers.
- Write and post job descriptions, engaging with prospective candidates on hiring portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, maintain application forms, and manage the candidate database throughout the hiring process.
- Identify future hiring needs and work with senior HR managers to plan accordingly.
- Welcome new hires and manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees starting their roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
- Quick learner with adaptability to dynamic environments.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Hiring, or a related field; MBA, MHRA, or MSW is a plus.
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
- A proactive drive to grow professionally through networking and training opportunities.
