Job Opportunity: HR Officer/Executive
Contribute to HR operations in a pharma-focused environment, managing key HR functions to support organizational goals.
- Department: Human Resource
- Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
- Position: Officer / Executive
- Qualification: MBA/Post-Graduate or Graduate (with relevant HR experience)
- Experience: 2-5 years (pharma industry experience preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations and engagement
- Handle compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
- Support performance management and time office operations
- Coordinate facility management and general administration
Skills:
- Excellent communication in Odia, Hindi, and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
