Job Description
RND Laboratories is hiring for Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Manager roles in the Quality Control (QC) department. These leadership positions are ideal for experienced professionals with 8–10 years in pharmaceutical QC, focusing on OSD formulations and regulatory compliance.
Quality Control Leadership

- Education/Qualification: M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences
Skills/Qualifications
- M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of CGMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and global pharmacopeias
- Expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution)
- Experience with computerized systems compliance and instrument calibration
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Mandatory experience in WHO-GMP and ROW audits; USFDA/MHRA preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage analysis of raw materials, packaging, intermediates, and finished products
- Review and approve analytical results for timely batch disposition
- Handle deviations, OOS, OOT, and analytical troubleshooting
- Oversee instrument calibration (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution) and compliance
- Lead regulatory inspections, audits, CAPA, and risk assessments
- Supervise and train QC analysts, ensuring resource planning
- Manage stability programs and method transfer with R&D/ARD
- Drive quality improvements via QbD, Lean Lab, and digitization
