The Quality Assurance Officer/Sr. Officer – IPQA role oversees in-process quality checks for injectable products, particularly DPIs, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process quality checks for injectable DPI manufacturing, including dispensing, compounding, filling, and packing.
- Perform line clearance to prevent cross-contamination.
- Review BMRs, BPRs, and SOPs for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, magnehelic gauge) in cleanrooms.
- Execute sampling for QC analysis and support sterility assurance.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and QMS documentation per USFDA/EMA guidelines.
- Support regulatory audits and process validation activities.
Qualifications
