Job Responsibilities
- QMS Oversight:
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) for deviations, CAPA, change controls, and OOS/OOT investigations
- Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, ICH Q7, and 21CFR Part 11
- Audit and Compliance:
- Lead internal and external audits (USFDA, WHO, customer audits)
- Review and approve SOPs, BMRs, and analytical data
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory documentation
- Quality Control Coordination:
- Oversee QC testing (HPLC, GC, wet analysis) and method validations
- Approve CoAs and ensure raw material/finished product quality
- Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes
- Implement risk-based quality assessments per ICH Q9
- Training and Leadership:
- Train QA/QC teams on GMP and safety protocols
- Lead a team of QA officers and executives, fostering accountability
Key Skills
- Expertise in QMS, GMP, and regulatory audits (USFDA, WHO)
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and analytical data review
- Strong knowledge of ICH Q7, Q9, and data integrity
- Leadership in team management and audit preparation
