2 to 8 Years in Process R&D / API Development / Medicinal Chemistry

🔑 Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be involved in end-to-end responsibilities within API research and process development. Major roles include:

Applying synthetic organic chemistry expertise to design and execute experiments for the synthesis of APIs and advanced intermediates.
Engaging in route scouting, process optimization, and early phase scale-up of novel raw materials, intermediates, and APIs.
Following laboratory safety practices and maintaining compliance with cGMP & regulatory standards.
Designing innovative chemistry routes to ensure cost-effective and scalable production.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams within CRDMO/CDMO/CRAMS divisions to achieve project milestones.
Preparing technical reports, SOPs, and contributing to project documentation.

✅ Desired Skills

Strong foundation in synthetic organic chemistry.
Hands-on experience in process research and scale-up activities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to candidates from CDMO/CRAMS background.
