Position: Operational Excellence Professional
Job Location: Bidar
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience: 3–7 years in Operational Excellence (OE)
Key Responsibilities & Skills
As an Operational Excellence Professional, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our operations. Your responsibilities and required skills include:
- Leading lean initiatives and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities in production, collaborating closely with respective blocks/units.
- Driving 5S activities at manufacturing sites and establishing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars, while closely monitoring their progress.
- Developing and implementing a bottom-up Daily Management Program across the organization to ensure sustainability and engage shop floor/grassroots teams in the OE journey.
- Hands-on experience in lean methodologies, 5S, TPM, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
