Role: Research & Development – Process R&D
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry: 2-8 years of experience
- Ph.D./Postdoc in Chemistry: 1-3 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesis of APIs and advanced intermediates
- Chemistry route design (Route Scouting) for process scale-up
- Hands-on experience in medicinal chemistry and early-phase process development
- Adherence to safety practices in lab operations
Preferred Skills
- Background in CDMO/CRAMS division is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Process Research, Process Development, and Process R&D
