Job Description

• Department: Production
• Role: Execute batch manufacturing processes
• Experience: 2–7 years
• Education/Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Tech / Diploma (Chemistry/Chemical)

Engineering & Utility Operations

• Department: Engineering / Utility Operations
• Role: Maintenance and plant operations
• Experience: 3–8 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)

Technology Transfer (TAT)

• Department: Process Engineering / TAT
• Role: Scale-up and technology transfer
• Experience: 2–10 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical Engineering)

Medicinal Chemistry & Analytical R&D

• Department: Medicinal Chemistry / Analytical R&D
• Role: Drug discovery and synthetic research
• Experience:
  • MSc: 1–10 years
  • PhD: 0–5 years
• Education/Qualification: MSc / PhD (Organic Chemistry / Peptide Chemistry)

Skills/Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance
• Expertise in synthetic R&D and peptide chemistry
• Experience with Prep-HPLC and SFC purification
• Knowledge of batch manufacturing and BMR/BPR execution
• Skills in plant maintenance and instrumentation
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production batches as per schedule
• Maintain cGMP and safety compliance
• Perform plant maintenance activities
