Key Responsibilities

As a QA Manager, you will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining QA systems in line with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Overseeing documentation, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control procedures.
• Managing deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), change control activities, qualification, and validation processes.
• Collaborating with production and quality control teams to drive process improvements.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent degree.
• Experience: 10+ years in pharmaceutical quality assurance.
• Must-Have: Experience with dry powder injections.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines (Latam, CIS, EUGMP).
• Skills: Proven expertise in audits and documentation management.
