Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organic synthesis experiments to develop and optimize API synthesis routes.
- Design and execute experiments for scaling up synthesis processes from the laboratory to pilot plant scale.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process development, analytical chemistry, and manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results as per regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated with scientific literature and contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through patent filings and publications.
