We are hiring Graduate Trainees and Executives for Production, Engineering, and QA roles. Below are the details:
1. Production (Male Candidates Only)
- Qualifications: B.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharmacy, B.Tech Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 0–3 years
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of equipment operation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to work in shift schedules
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in API production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Document processes accurately
2. Engineering
- Qualifications: Diploma, B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical)
- Experience: 2 years
Skills:
- Expertise in water system maintenance, electrical systems, and equipment troubleshooting
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and instrumentation systems
- Ensure smooth operation of production equipment
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
3. Quality Assurance (QA) (Male Candidates Only)
- Qualifications: B.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc Chemistry, M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 3 years
Skills:
- Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), deviation handling, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and GMP
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage deviation investigations and CAPA implementation
- Maintain accurate QA documentation
