Global Calcium is looking for a Senior Manager – Quality Control to join our dynamic team in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager – Quality Control, your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Quality Control team to ensure effective operations and high team performance.
- Testing Oversight: Oversee testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other global regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, EDQM, HALAL, KOSHER, ISO, WHO.
- Audit & Inspection Management: Manage audits, regulatory inspections, and ensure timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvements, oversee Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and support analytical method validations.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Requirements
- M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on expertise in handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and experience managing teams in a QC environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality standards.
