Position: EIA Coordinator

• Location: CBD Belapur
• Experience Required: Experienced candidates with relevant expertise
• Specialization: Building Construction, Townships, and Area Development Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental Clearance (EC) projects related to Building Construction and Township Development.
• Lead the EIA process, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines.
• Manage impact assessment studies, environmental monitoring, and reporting.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
• Ensure all documentation, impact assessments, and mitigation plans align with NABET accreditation standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• NABET-Accredited EIA Coordinator with specialization in Building Construction, Township, and Area Development Projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, clearance procedures, and sustainability practices.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating EIA projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
