Key Responsibilities by Role
- Production Operator (ITI AOCP, 2-4 Years):
- Operate and handle equipment such as Reactor, RVDF, ANF, Filter Press, CF, Pumps, Mixer, FBD, Pulveriser, Vibro Shifter, and Blender
- Production Supervisor (Diploma/B.Sc, 2-4 Years):
- Coordinate between operators and Shift In-Charge
- Manage manpower, maintain housekeeping, monitor equipment and packing areas, and provide training
- Shift In-Charge (B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E, 3-6 Years):
- Maintain calibration, preventive maintenance, online documentation, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Handle Reactor, RVDF, ANF, Filter Press, CF, and Pumps
- Health and Safety Assistant Manager (PDIS/B.E Environment, 8-12 Years):
- Lead ETP and STP operations, manage teams, maintain health and safety standards, keep records of safety equipment, and ensure compliance with FSCC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, Halal, Kosher, and GMP
- Instrumentation Technician (ITI IMCP, 2-4 Years):
- Calibrate and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, chemical, electrical, and electronic process controls and measurement instrumentation
- Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate, and test industrial instrumentation (control valves, transmitters, radars, etc.)
- Maintenance Welder (ITI Welder, 2-4 Years):
- Study and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications
- Inspect structures/materials, operate torches, power supplies, and specialized welding equipment
- Maintenance Engineer (B.E Mechanical, 3-5 Years):
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance, respond to emergencies, diagnose and repair faults, order components, and manage stock
- Utility Operator – DM Plant (ITI RFM/AOCP, 2-4 Years):
- Operate and manage DM Water Plant, Softener Plant, Cooling Tower, Chilling Plant, Vacuum Pump, Air Compressor, and water tanks (process and raw)
