Your Role and Responsibilities
As a QA professional at Sipra Labs, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensuring strict compliance with GMP and GLP regulatory guidelines.
- Actively participating in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Thoroughly reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), records, and other quality-related documents.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and compliance across the organization.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in B. Pharmacy or M. Pharmacy.
- Between 0 and 6 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Preferably, you will have had exposure to QMS, audit handling, and compliance.
- Possess strong communication and documentation skills.
