Job Opportunities for Injectables (Male Candidates Preferred)
We are seeking skilled professionals for roles in our injectable manufacturing and R&D operations. Below are the open positions at our Hyderabad facility:
Production – Injectable Chemist
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Experience: 4-9 years
Requirements:
- Expertise in compounding and filtration activities for injectables.
- Operation of CIP/SIP skids and IQ/OQ/PQ of mixing/filling vessels.
- Filter integrity testing using Sartocheck 4 Plus.
- Calibration and operation of weighing balances.
- BPCR review, online documentation, equipment cleaning, and logbook maintenance.
Production – Injectable Operator
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma
- Experience: 3-7 years
Requirements:
- Knowledge of vial filling operations in a sterile environment.
- Familiarity with pharma compounding procedures.
- Hands-on experience in vial washing processes.
Analytical R&D (AR&D)
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience: 3-7 years
Requirements:
- Method development and validation for injectables and solid orals.
- Proficiency in handling HPLC, UPLC, GC-HS, KF, FTIR, UV-Vis, and LCMS.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, ICH) and GMP compliance.
Engineering (Injectables)
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
- Experience: 3-8 years
Requirements:
- Experience in handling injectable equipment, including vial filling machines, lyophilizers, and autoclaves.
- Expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
