We’re hiring for Production (Injectables) and Engineering (Instrumentation & Calibration) roles. Below are the details:

Production (Injectables)
- Compounding Operator:
- Operate CIP/SIP skids and perform leak tests on vessels.
- Conduct vial inspections per BMR and maintain logbooks.
- Handle cleanroom operations and equipment cleaning.
- Compounding Chemist:
- Oversee compounding, filtration, and aseptic processes.
- Perform filter integrity testing (Sartocheck 4 Plus).
- Review BPCR and ensure online documentation.
- In-Process:
- Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ/PRQ for mixing and filling vessels.
- Handle Steriline ORABS (SCADA) and media fills.
- Prepare protocols for equipment qualification/validation.
- Preferences: Experience with vial filling, washing, lyophilization, and ALUS systems.
Engineering (Instrumentation & Calibration)
- Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute breakdown maintenance and calibrations.
- Troubleshoot autoclaves, mixing vessels, and CIP/SIP skids.
- Maintain PFS, vial filling, washing, tunnel, and WFI systems.
- Preferences: Knowledge of PLC validations, HVAC (BMS/EMS), and load cell calibration.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: M.Pharm., B.Pharm., B.Tech., Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical), ITI, B.Sc., M.Sc.
- Experience: 2-8 years preferred; freshers with relevant skills may apply.
- Preferences: Experience in USFDA/MHRA-regulated facilities, strong technical skills in injectables and instrumentation.
- Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
