Open Position
Research Biologist
- Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana
- Qualification: M.V.Sc. / B.V.Sc.
- Experience: 1-3 years in animal experimentation, preferably with rodent models
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and execute in-vivo experiments using rodent models to evaluate pharmacological properties of drug candidates, including dosing, administration routes, and model selection
- Conduct safety and efficacy studies in disease-relevant rodent models (oncology, metabolic disorders, skin disorders), monitoring disease progression and assessing treatment endpoints per established protocols
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, bio-safety standards, and data integrity requirements in animal research
- Document experimental procedures, analyze data, and prepare reports to support drug development
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with rodent models and in-vivo experimentation
- Knowledge of dosing techniques, administration routes, and disease model selection
- Familiarity with safety and efficacy study protocols in oncology, metabolic, or skin disorder research
- Strong understanding of bio-safety, regulatory compliance, and data integrity standards
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
